Sleep? Who needs sleep?

I have decided that sleep is overrated. Since I was really little I have been sleeping through the night, but I have decided to stop. You know what is more fun then just sleeping the night away? Waking mommy and daddy up at 4:45 just to see their faces. I am always so happy to see them in the middle of the night, but I don't think that they feel the same about me.

I share with my brother.... I love him.

My Grandparents Rock

This week I have gotten a lot of grandparent time. I really like them. My grandma CZ loves to go shopping, at least that's what they call it. I think they just like to wake me up by holding clothes up to me and asking if they will fit... eesh. My grandpa CZ is silly, look at him putting his hat on me. My grammy loves to rock me all evening long. Grampy sings to me the whole time that he holds me. He always gets "Kayleigh's Rag Time Band" stuck in my head after I play with him. I could not ask for better grandparents, they are SO fun!

Tonight mommy and daddy carved pumpkins, I slept because I was pooped! Daddy carved his with power tools.... they were loud!

Not for weak stomachs....

My tummy bothered me most of the day today. Mommy just thought that I just wanted her to hold me, not that I didn't feel good..... that was until I lost it. Yep, I lost my dinner all over mommy, and I do mean ALL over her. After everyone bathed and mommy steam cleaned the couch, I felt much better. I guess that's all that I needed.

I love love love my mobile. I am practicing sleeping in my crib all by myself, but every time mom checks on me through the video monitor.... THIS is what I am doing.

My Daddy is so silly!

This weekend I stayed with a babysitter for the first time. ACTUALLY, two baby sitters! Miss Allison and Miss Caroline kept me. I think they had more fun then I did, I pretty much just slept.

Finally.... I caught him!

This bird has been taunting me ever since my grandma bought me my bouncer. If I could just get to him the music will play, the monkey will dance, and the red frog will jump. I have tried and tried to get to him and then today.....

I figured it out!

... and then I grabbed him....

... and kicked him....

... and laughed like it was the funniest thing that I have ever seen!

3 months old today!

I am 3 months old today!

Here is what I can do now:
Smile when mommy and daddy talk to me
laugh
reach for toys, the dog, my reflection in the mirror
kick my legs in the air
halfway roll over
recognize mommy and daddy
eat and poop a lot

Strong AND Chunky

Just look at how strong I am getting! I never want to cuddle anymore... I just want someone to hold me so that I can see what is going on. I LOVE to stand, bounce, and giggle at the same time!

Daddy and I watched football all day. Mommy took pictures.

The Fair

Daddy took the day off from work and we went to the fair. I slept most of the time.... but here is what I remember.Food break. PS: mommy LOVES her new lens!

Mommy and Daddy and I actually rode this! I screamed the entire time.... no I am serious I did. Mommy felt really bad for the people that had to ride with us.

This was mommy's lunch followed by an afternoon snack of fried banana pudding.

I had a big day, I am POOPED!

Finally!

I am finally having REAL hair come in! Mommy is excited because my real hair is sparse and I have a bald spot on the back of my head. HEY bald is beautiful! Mommy and daddy THINK that it might be blonde because it looks shiny in the sun!
